In-Home Registered Nurse:
- Assists with agency UR/QA as assigned
- Communicate with other team members and supervisors
- Assesses and reassesses patients
- Attends in-service programs

To qualify for the position, you must possess the following:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse License with the NC Board of Nursing
- Can work with a flexible schedule
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Aides:
- Assist with patient’s self-care tasks
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping and running errands
- Reminding patients of medications
- Monitoring health and signs of changes

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Certified Nursing Assistance’s (CNC) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA’s) Home Aide (HA). Must be compassionate, caring, sympathetic, honest and love working and caring for elderly, disabled, children, people’s person, with very good organizational skills and the passion to help improve the lives of those we serve, making their living environment very welcoming and tidy.
Job Responsibilities may include:
- Bathing our patients
- Dressing in comfortable clothes and/or undressing
- Brushing their teeth/Personal hygiene
- Safe transfer – chair, couch & bed
- Support with diet & Nutrition
- Assist with Doctor’s visitation
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with Eating and Drinking
- Shopping and Run Errands
